All of these Panhels in Toronto are dying in numbers. They claim they're "top tier" but a lot of non-panhels have double, if not triple their numbers... even girls from UofT are choosing to go non-panhel. Something is clearly not clicking with every UofT sorority thinking they are "top tier"
