If she's cluster B, he'd be able to get an injunction, but likely not financial compensation to disgorge damages since she would likely be found too mentally unfit to be held accountable for her behavior. While on the bright side, this will probably mean she will have to get therapy/medication that makes this behavior less likely (If you win the costly case it will take to get there), you will get no money, and your reputation will still be damaged. It's a serious problem.
