National headquarters staff and volunteers provided excellent support but the student members were not capable of attaining success on many performance metrics. High standards should not be lowered because members on campus fail to achieve. This chapter was given every opportunity to live the values of the fraternity and the Ritual, but they did not. If they had, the headlines would be about a Buchanan Cup chapter at Wake Forest.
