They're very similar but Theta is often considered the more chill/less stereotypical sorority, whereas adpi is preppier and has more religious girls. Both hangout at the same frats and overlap a lot of friend groups. If you can go to COB events for both you should, or at least talk to girls in both to get an idea of where you'd rather be.
