Very rarely does a srat systematically haze a pc (if they do they get in big trouble). What is much more common is contained/isolated incidents within lineages. Hazing can be as light as “kidnapping” you to go to cookout or as bad as body shaming you if you don’t fit the srat “image”. As for srats that I personally know haze (body shaming, binge drinking) beta, kappa, and DZ are the worst offenders.
