Contacts aren’t that important - Things that I felt mattered at rush were: 1) your personality - you need to be confident and able to hold a conversation and be an interesting person. Practice your people skills so you are not awkward during rush. 2) your GPA - it does matter during rush. 3) Be we’ll put together. Dressing well, being fit and I’m not going to lie - but being just naturally pretty will help you.
