If u were interested in dke before this only helps your situation. If they had been suspended say 1 or 2 years instead they would be on interim suspension and not able to do anything very social for a long time in order to save their charter and keeep support. That decision only strengthens their support. Lots of other frats are caught up in the cycle of probation. It’s the schools way of controlling the fraternities ie. get put on social probation leads to frats obviously having a party leading to interim suspension and the never ending cycle to get off. IMO while they may be recognized by the school, there’s no real benefit to that. Just ask KA haha
