For whatever its worth Tiers have changed a little over the past couple years with sigma chi and pike pulling better pledge classes than DKE or KA. Stereotypes: DKE: Accurate but the guys aren't that stuck up. Spring 17 has some cool down to earth guys. Best party house. DKE isn't going anywhere. Machi: The "soft" thing is mostly cuz they arguably have the best reputation with girls, but there are some gal pals in there too. Rising. KA: Not southern but they don't really try to be either. Older guys are cooler than younger guys. Falling. Pike: The most Athletic guys, some douche bags but overall popular guys with good parties. Rising. SAE: Doesn't have any problem getting girls to their parties. Its known as the "freshman frat" because freshman girls like their parties. Pledge classes are ehhh though
