Tiers: Tri Delt, Pi PHi, and Kappa Chi O or Theta, Zeta or DG AXO, Gamma Phi, Kd, ADPi Tri Delt probably is top houe this year, but I expect Kappa and Chi O to do well in rush next year which will make up for this past year so order will change. I think most honest Greeks would agree that those tiers are pretty accurate.
