I think tiers ARE pretty set in stone but order within them might change a little. I know DG thinks they are a top chapter, and they do get great girls, however, they will never get the really wealthy girls from top neighborhoods and that is why they can't break into the top 5. That sounds really harsh, but it is the brutal truth.I do think DG and Zeta maybe switched spots for 5 and six. I also think Chi O and Pi Phi switched places and Kappa and Tri Delta switched too. but that is about it. I still think Theta is one of top chapters....good girls, just different from other top ones. My opinion: DDD, Kappa, Pi Phi, Chi O Theta, DG, Zeta AXO, KD, Gamma Phi, Dz, ADPi
