You can have my upvote. There are some parts where I would disagree with one or two things (like I think PBP should be maybe one tier higher and KD should be one tier higher), but more or less accurate. I think for sororities it's not so much that some houses are "declining" but with the huge influx of new girls every year, houses that traditionally didn't do well are improving a lot and the traditional "top" houses haven't done enough to grow at the same pace. So not so much that any one house is doing worse than before, it's just that they're all becoming more similar in terms of quality.
