"living quarters" really? Anyways, Zeta did a huge remodel in like 2011 or thereabouts so appearance-wise, they're probably the best. DG and KD are some of the newer houses so they're a little nicer and larger. Kappa's house looks really weird on the outside but inside is a lot better. Pi Phi's house is pretty solid, as are AXO and Theta. Theta has a pretty unique house design, so that is nice to see. Tri Delt is pretty cramped and old-feeling, and XO had a huge ditch in front of it, plus it feels like something from the 70s on the inside. That would have my vote for being the "worst" house physically.
