Just my thought... When gamma phi starting reaching total a couple yrs ago, I guess Panhellenic decided they were no longer considered "new chapter status". So now it's time for the next new one to join. TCU keeps adding chapters. Tech added. Although the UT does not. I'm not sure it's a good idea for Aggie sororities right now. 12 seems about right. As girls pledge and then drop.
