On what you want.....theta is a good house but they don't mix. I personally think that makes them less popular than other top ones. I mean it is college..... just because I know some chapters just hate it when actual facts are posted.... who mixes with whom.... KA: Kappa, Pi Phi Fiji: Tri-delt, Chi O Beta: Kappa, Pi Phi Delt: Zeta and that's about it. SAE: DG, Zeta and not sure who else.. Since KA, Fiji, and Beta are top three frats who they mix with says a lot......
