Yes, sorry, I'm a freshman now. You have to have 23 transferrable completed credits before you can apply to ATM. Fall 2016 transfer apps are due March 2016 so no time to get those all in. I will have 37 before fall semester starts. And, I was told you can affiliate and do not have to be accepted unless you are not in good standing. There's no acceptance process that I'm aware of.
