Thats the way it should be, but if the guys are cool, have money for dues, and seem smart enough to actually get into A&M why not give them a bid? Most fraternities will take 2-3 blinn guys that they really like and can show they will get into A&M, and they get dropped if they never get into the university. You guys do realize the biggest greek school in Texas (UT) has top tier chapters (FIJI,Sig Ep, Kappa Sig) that have 20 guys from ACC in their pledge class of 60-70. And most of those guys never get into UT, just ride out ACC and party with their parents money.
