Hello, allow me to shed some light on this topic: First of all there are two main reasons a chapter spring rushes, need or want. Need to sprg rush to survive or Want to fill an opening.Zeta is like Google or Exxon, they do not need to sprg rush to survive,Zta will not fail if they dont sprg rush. If Google has an opening they might hire for it likewise Zta will take on a few girls if they can.Spring rush is not always a bad thing, I would know I am in a chapter that used to sprg rush out of need but not anymore!
