Agree with "tops" although I would say top tier in order is Kappa, Chi O, Tri Delt, Pi Phi.....rest is right on.....Not sure why Pi Phi gets all the hate. They get good girls in rush and mix with top frats. They aren't number one, but I would say they are number 4....Theta and Zeta are next. Theta because they don't mix but have a good reputation. Zeta because they are pretty and fun but have some reputation issues. DG is a great chapter, but they can't move ahead of those six in Texas. Just the way it is....
