OP has unintentionally brought up a good point. Why are some chapters in high tiers and hated (Kappa, Chi O)? Why are some chapters ranked low but everyone says nice things about them (Adpi, GPB)? It kind of makes you realize thta maybe rankings are, I don't know, made up and stupid and based on things like looks or who is the most stereotypical. Maybe we should ignore tiers and tent talk and go with what our own experiences say when we meet people and talk to them? Just throwing that out there.
