If you are going through sorority rush, there is a freshman quota and an upperclassmen quota. You have an equal chance as a freshman does as a sophomore cannot take a "freshman spot" at A&M. Many sophomore tranfers have great rushes at A&M! If you're rushing a fraternity, I have no idea how that works.
