Everybody cuts. Everybody cuts legacies. No one has a blanket acceptance policy. But XO's dirty rush practices probably make their cutting of legacies seem worse. These stories have been heard for generations. There are weird rumors and reputations that pop up on this sight (so andso is closing, don't go out, are here for Jesus/ MRS/ etc.) for no reason but in this case, there is a reason for the reputtion.
