Zeta/DG are on a whole different level from AXO lolol, I guess they're similar because they party the most and are known for being "friendly" but they're very different houses. Same with chi-o/theta/Pi phi! I'm not sure why people keep saying Pi Phi is along the same lines of extremely conservative and religious bible thumpers as Chi-O and Theta because that isn't true AT ALL, especially with Pi phi's newer pledge classes! I would say that Pi Phi's go out a lot more but are still seen as classy/down to earth, Chi o is pretty much the fake/surface level bible bumpers, and theta is actually bible bumpers
