look for excellent involvement and grades. Rec's are a must and make sure your social media is squeaky clean. Every sorority releases women for various reasons, some you'll never know. Don't worry too much. Just put your absolute best forward and keep your mind open. Honestly "top houses" have their pledge classes pretty much picked out before recruitment. Between super legacies (double & triple), close family friends, camp friends, church friends, etc those houses can fill their class very fast. Don't worry about "rankings", just find your home.
