To be honest, when you go to a website called Greek Rank where comments are totally anonymous, you're going to get a few true answers and a lot of trolls. Heck there's no way for me to even prove that I'm an active, but if you want to take my advice here it is. Talk to your rec writers and any friends you have in the houses for their advice. What they have to tell you is infinitely more accurate than what an anonymous website has to offer you. Alums have an idea of how the house will cut based on grades even if they won't tell you outright what the GPA policy is, and they will have the best recommendation for you. Just so you know when you register for recruitment I believe one of the questions ask for any college experience, and it'll be on your head if you decide to lie and leave it blank. Different houses have different GPA policies, but a 3.25 taking dual credit at community college is like someone from Blinn having 3 Bs and 1 A. Considering that a full A&M course load is significantly more difficult, you can see why some above posters have said that your community college GPA might be problematic. But it won't ruin you, you just have to work hard on other things that you have control over like your looks and volunteer activities (and making sure you have recs). Good luck!
