Alabama is also the largest Greek system in the country and their old houses were already on campus. Extremely different situation than we have here. Only thing in common with the two is the SEC which doesn't have much to do with the nuts & bolts of greek life. Plus, if the land isn't good where the houses are now, what makes you think it's magically better 3 miles away? Geology doesn't quite work that way.
