"I guess when GPB closes" are you serious? I'm not even a gamma phi and I will admit that they have had a HUGE improvement recently and I would consider them above DZ, KD, and ADPi! As for the new chapter, I have heard rumors that they will be bringing in a new chapter in a few years. The new chapter is rumored to have a house built where the frat house currently is, so I guess CPC/that chapter would buy the land from the frat.
