well yeah dg is not above xo or theta and im sure most dgs will tell you that themselves. BUT...Pi Phi is not a top chapter by any means. "Ha!' is obviously a Pi Phi. Excuse me yall had to snap bid. Top chapters dont do that. The Top 6 chapters after 2009 recruitment in no order... XO, Tridelt, Theta, Kappa, Zeta, & DG (?)
