Theta, Chi-O, Zeta & Tri-Delt are the best chapters at ATM. They got the largest and best pledge classes. Pi Phi screwed themselves! Panhellenic had nothing to do with it. They are not a top tier chapter and Pi Phi tried to be too selective. They had to give snap bids to almost 20 girls! They screwed themselves! Kappa is just a bunch of mean, evil girls. Hopefully they will be kicked off campus or have their charter pulled. DG is still very weak.
