Well...so what! If you can't make qouta the regular way then you pretty much suck! Gamma Phi has really low standards, so of course they made it. And Pi Phi, giving snap bids??? I can't imagine excepting a snap bid. Basically a sorority is saying "Well, you're not really good enough but I'll take you to keep up our numbers. After all, we have a house to support!"
