Don't choose a house to join based on their "tier". Many people do, and end up dropping out and choosing a different house the next year/semester. You don't hear a lot about it but it happens. The most important thing is finding people who you could honestly see yourself hanging out with every weekend for the next four years, and eventually becoming your roommates and best friends. And honestly, who gives a rat's ass if other people consider your house a top house? There is a reason every person on this website ranks their house higher than other people would: because of their love for it and their brothers/sisters. That's what you should be searching for, a house that people clearly love being a part of. That being said, we know you're curious and will read this anyway.
