Why aren't the fraternities that actually have houses top frats here? I feel like in order to be a decent fraternity, especially at other universities you need a house! From what I've seen SAE, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu Pi Kapp, Delt, Sig Ep, & Chi Phi are the only frats that have houses that resemble an actual fraternity house.
