Fraternities: Top House: KA - has always been on top and though they've definitely gone downhill a little bit I don't think they'll be dislodged for a while Top Tier: Fiji, SigEp, SAE - Fiji has gone downhill immensely but will still likely always be considered top tier. Historically, SigEp and SAE have been upper middle but they've sky-rocketed. If SigEp can keep it going and SAE can make it through their recent probation they'll both solidfy themselves as top tier Upper Middle: Sigma Chi, Beta - Sigma Chi is benefitting a lot from alumni money and quickly becoming more popular. If they just improve their PCs they'll move into upper middle. Beta has raced down from the top in a sharp decline but are still hanging onto upper mid Middle: Delt, Sigma Nu, Pike - Delt used to be upper middle but they've gone downhill a lot and suffered pretty hard from getting in trouble. Sigma Nu and Pike used to be lower tier but they're steadily improving and becoming more popular Lower/Bottom: All the other guys
