If you think old money is what makes a fraternity top you're probably a fiji. No one really cares what your daddy does or what high school you went to. Not to mention how many really weird kids get bids to fiji and especially beta from "old money" schools and neighborhoods. Their old money can't buy either of these fraternities a decent house or help them put on any good social events. That's why girls prefer to hangout with fraternities who rush guys based on the guys not where they're from like sig ep or delt.
