Vandy, Florida, and UGA are much harder to get into than texas a&m... texas a&m has a 68% to 70% acceptance rate. That is not good. It also means you are far more close to Texas Tech in your acceptance rate than your other texas schools like say UT, Rice, Baylor, or SMU who are are all below 48%. The SEC is full of great universities and most get their pick of in state kids.
