1. KA - Has always and likely will always be considered top tier, nobody will argue against this. Closest thing we have to a top house. 2. SAE/SigEp/Delt- these are the most "popular" chapters, as in they throw the biggest parties and are a bit less exclusive as to who they hang out with so everyone seems to like them. SAE may be a bit above the others; they've always been considered a top tier chapter and have more money and a better property. SigEp and Delt traditionally have been considered the "Upper Middle" chapters throughout history but are now almost unquestionably top. 3. Fiji- Traditionally considered #2 next to KA but have simply been unable to keep up with SAE/SigEp/Delt and have been sinking in popularity. Some will still say they're top but just as many will say they're not 4. Beta-Basically a watered down Fiji. Upper Middle and staying there 5. Sigma Chi- the wild card. They've always been considered middle tier but they seem to be gaining immense popularity. Could be in the same category as SAE/SigEp/Delt in a couple years
