Pnm- reading your post again, 1 pref house was your favorite and 2 you aren't as excited about. My advice still stands- if house #1 doesn't have you on their first bid list, they were ok with knowing there was a good chance you won't be getting a bid.....again, what is going to change to get you on their 1st bid list next year??? I doubt anything. Not being cruel, just trying to make you see what you're giving up if you don't get a bid to #1 and you turn down #2 or #3.
