Houses: A&M uses a recruitment system that most universities use, too. It uses the house's historical rankings by the PNM's to determine how many women each house can invite back each day. This is not a secret. This is why the houses that are seen as the most prestigious and competitive cut more women during the week. They have to cut because almost every pnm is interested in them. This system works in the PNM's favor, I promise you! It allows PNM's to have to consider other houses earlier on, than for XYZ chapter to have 5x as many women at pref than they can have in their nm class. If you are invited back to a house, they want to get to know you better! There is no such thing as women the houses cut being invited back later on, or women they wished to cut ending up with an invitation due to low returns. No such thing!! This system is pretty good at accurately predicting how many women need inviting back each day in order to make quota. The % of women getting bids has greatly increased since RFM went into place. A last word of advice: the houses who invited you back today are the only ones interested in you. They are your only options if you want to be Greek. So forget about the ones you're not going back to right now!!! Women who have successful recruitments look at each day's party list with an open mind and make new favorites every day.
