Not sure why they decided to allow non- full time students to try to get into organizations with by-laws that say they can't have membership. Why not just start chapters at junior colleges -- because THEY DONT ALLOW IT. I hope they track BT separately and see that you can't force them into a system that has their own national rules. NOR do we have to tell you our rules...secret society..remember?!
