You can't. The information isn't published anywhere, it would serve no purpose. The recruitment team at each chapter knows if they needed to snap and CPC knows. The girls who get snaps know. Everything else is just lies to TRY to make a house look bad. BUT, sometimes the RFM numbers are wrong and make a house drop too many pnm's so they have to snap in the end. It's not a poor reflection on a chapter when that happens, they had to obey the numbers they were given, but no one's gonna talk about that because it ruins the narrative of snap bids = bad chapter. There is so much bull, lying and bad info about rush.
