I would say the best way to improve your chapter, is to focus on keeping your sisterhood strong first and foremost. Encourage participation on campus as well. Next, make sure your chapter gets help with recruitment techniques to continue to improve with every pledge class. Conversations really matter, along with building relationships with pnms around campus. Once you have done those things, focus on getting out to other greek events and parties. Make sure your chapter is visible in the greek community. Support other chapters, make friends with frats, go to their parties, etc.
