The Texas A&M Panhellenic should have checked with each NPC organization to find out what their policies are for pledging students that are not full-time students at Texas A&M before announcing that Blinn Team students are eligible for recruitment. Several NPC groups can only pledge girls that are registered, full-time students at that university which has their chapter. They cannot pledge girls that are not taking a minimum of 12 hours at the university where the chapter resides.
