On the contrary, retention speaks volumes on the strength of a chapter. It does no good to recruit well and then lose the women you recruit. If a chapter has high retention, it proves that the women are enjoying their sorority experience and the chapter's programming is where it needs to be. The women who took a chance on ADPi are obviously not regretting their decision if they are staying. I know for a fact that several sororities on campus are able to boast hitting quota on bid day, simply to have many (sometimes 10+) women drop out in the following weeks. Those women obviously DID regret their decision. This is just one more example on why rumors and "tent talk" should cease. ADPi may still be in the lower tier, but they are obviously doing something right and are headed in the right direction.
