I don’t think the other 5 dropped you. I think that when your number 1 choice chooses you back, like you both are a definite YES for each other, the committee places you and doesn’t even bother with looking at your lower ranked choices (even if they chose “yes” for you). Remember they are trying to find the best fit for the girl and the sorority. It’s only when your number 1 and 2 are “yes” for you but “maybe” for them then you get called back to both. So take heart, you may have been wanted by several but you ended up exactly where you were meant to be!
