hi y'all! I was admitted to tamu, have not committed (not until I get all my results back by the end of the month) but am considering it. I was told by a tamu representative at an event that on-campus housing is full now; I applied in december but haven't done the later phases of the application yet like picking a roommate, just listed hall preferences, so idk if I'll be able to live on-campus or not. I know a lot of pnms who live off-campus live in callaway, do you think that also filled up really fast or would I be able to live there if I committed in 2-3 weeks? also, I've seen people say on here that the sorority houses are far away (3 miles) from all the dorms and what looks like most of the off-campus housing, so how often do freshmen in sororities hang out at the houses? in the event that I can't live on-campus or in callaway, where would you recommend if I want to live somewhere with a lot of other pnms? thanks so much for the advice in advance!
