“top house(s)” is very subjective and depends on what you’re looking for. at the end of the day these two houses are very desirable and have extremely high retention rates during recruitment. PNMs are upset if they don’t get them back as they are often aiming for one of the two, if not both. unfortunately these houses do compete heavily with one another and lose amazing girls to one another all the time. it really varies by year who comes out on top. comparably to pi phi and kappa at UT, dg and pi phi at tcu, kappa and tcu at smu, and so on
