No, there is no guarantee you’ll get invited to any Pref parties. But if are invited to Pref and you list all of your Pref parties on your Pref card, then you are guaranteed a bid to one of them. Even if you only have 1 Pref invite - if you fill out your Pref card, you are guaranteed to get a bid to that house.
