Do you have a ton of friends in 1 or 2 houses? Those would be your best bet because then you would have a friend group to go into in the house. I know sorority membership is “for life” but consider your new member experience. 90% of your pledge class will be freshmen....Seniors are thinking about grad school or job interviews....Freshmen are adjusting to life away from parents and high school. You’re not going to have much in common with the majority of your pledge class if you get a bid. Not saying don’t try but personally I wouldn’t waste the effort on recs & all that rush stress unless I had a TON of active friends to majorly pull for me. Without that I honestly don’t think you have much of a chance.
