KA is definitely top tier, along with Beta and Fiji. Personally I don't really like Fiji all that much though, a bit too clique-ish for me. SAE definitely throws badass parties, but their chapter in itself isn't too great. I personally love SigEp and Delt. Great group of down to earth guys. But they don't really have the top dog reputation of KA. Still definitely worth checking out though. And a lot of rumors floated about pertaining to Delt this semester, I can assure you 90% of them are not true
