Every sorority at Texas A&M is great and you can't go wrong with any of them! When I went through recruitment, I was open to all of the houses, but some of the philanthropies were closer to my heart than others. Don't get me wrong, all of the philanthropies are amazing. You can just relate more to some. While I went through recruitment looking for lifelong friendships and sisterhood, I thought it was equally as important to love their philanthropy. In the end, I did not join a house based solely on philanthropy. I love our philanthropy, but there is another house's philanthropy that is closer to my heart. It is actually because of this specific philanthropy that I decided to go through recruitment. I would highly encourage you to go through recruitment with an open mind. If you don't get the house you wanted based on philanthropy, continue on your journey to find the group that's right for you. After all, you can always support more than one philanthropy! :)
