I completely agree with that! Though I do think DZ is moving up, theta should definitely be a bottom house now. They don't socialize at all and their girls are getting uglier by the PC. Also all the KDs I know are good friends of mine too, the only thing keeping them from being higher is their chapters technically a newer one here. I still think ADPi is last just bc they didn't fill their pc again but thetas definitely fallen to 11.
